Heat oil in pan add onion , ginger paste and tomato fry upto it colour change and grind it.
Meantime cook green peas and carrot with cup water. Add pinch of salt in that.
Melt butter in pan add parotta pieces fry it.
Then add grinded paste in that. Mix well
After that add masalas, chillies, pepper and vegitabels fry it well
Sprinkle water to cook. Add butter if needed mix well upto masala smell change.
Then remove ton in fish make it pices add and fry well for a min.
Close the lid for min. Serve hot
